S.B. 631: a bill to require health insurers, health maintenance organizations, and corporations providing accident and sickness subscription contracts to provide coverage for the treatment of infertility.
The bill now moves to the Special Advisory Commission on Mandated Health Insurance Benefits. This is a joint commission that also includes Governor-appointed private citizens. We anticipate testifying before the Commission in the fall of 2008.
